These terms govern access to and use of MyBharat. This page presents the active policy structure for users and will be maintained with counsel-approved language updates.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Community guidelines.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Age requirements, accurate information, account security (including OTP), and account suspension rules are enforced by platform policy.
3. Listings, matching, and messaging
User-generated content, prohibited conduct, reporting, and moderation outcomes — aligned with trust & safety policies.
4. Paid features
Subscriptions, boosts, ads, refunds, and taxes (including GST treatment) when revenue modules are enabled — cross-linked to billing and consumer fairness copy in §14.7.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Service “as is”, cap on liability, and carve-outs required by applicable Indian consumer law are governed by this document.
6. Disputes & governing law
Jurisdiction, arbitration or courts, and grievance escalation will be set out here and must align with the Grievance officer page.
